Juan Chirinos, born in Carora Lara State, a May 12, 1962. Starts his primary in 1969 in Group Pompilio Ramón Oropeza School where from an early age manifested his penchant for art, notable for being the organizer of boards and paint for its earliness, and it shows by winning several consecutive years exhibitions of paintings and crafts that were made at the end of the course of that institution. He continued his academic studies for years to get to the University of the Andes, to study at one of the careers that are linked with which to make art: "Architecture", always excelling in the various chairs and their solo free being conducted in different cities and integrate important exhibitions. Juan Chirinos ends the career of architecture with great success in achieving a prestigious award at the competition, physical plant project of FAULE (Faculty of Architecture at the Universidad de los Andes) where students competed last semester, as a thesis degree of such career.
